We are pleased to announce the merger of Sterling Protective Services, Inc. and Citywide Solutions, Inc.

This is a very exciting event for both firms and follows a lengthy search for the best fit for you, our clients, and for our Sterling family. For thirty years we have operated the company for the benefit of our clients and our employees. We have merged with a company that shares those values.

On a personal level, it has been a privilege to serve you, and I can assure you that you are in great hands. I will always cherish the relationships that have been forged after thirty years, and I thank you for being the most important part of my life’s work.

All Sterling employees are here to serve you, and our commitment to quality service has not changed. I also wish to point out that I still trust Sterling to protect what I cherish the most— my own family. You can still trust Sterling too.

I would like to congratulate Mike Tominc and Marty Loncar, and I fully expect them to make Sterling Protective Services better than ever.
